Recurring yeast infections
If you can not get rid of recurring yeast infections, chances are that your choice of treatment is to treat only the symptoms and not the cause of infection. When I got my yeast infection first, I did very little research on it, went to the pharmacy and used one of many over the counter creams and hoped it would go.
Within days, did it! I was relieved and delighted, but I do not know, just before my next menstruation my infection will relight. Here is the truth about yeast infection recurring.
Chronic yeast infections occur mainly when there is a proliferation of yeasts. The spread is usually put on when the immune system is weakened and unable to defend themselves against bacterial infections. A recent course of antibiotics, contraceptive pills, a diet rich in sugar and poor nutrition, stress and diabetes, all these factors can weaken your immune system and trigger an overgrowth of yeast.
Typical symptoms of recurrent yeast infections are vaginal discharge thick vaginal, vaginal itching and pain, redness and irritation the vagina, burning during urination and pain during sexual intercourse.
Not only are these common symptoms and pain, yeast infections recurring are also the cause of these: a lack of energy, headaches, acne, joint pain and mood swings.
Tip # 1 dietary changes
This is the first and most important change you have to take. Eliminate or significantly reduce the contribution of these and you will stop the infection from recurring: Sweet foods, refined carbohydrates, processed foods and toxic and low fruit and vegetables.
Tip # 2 will improve your immune system
Stress, lack of sleep and lack of oxygen which can weaken the immune system. You’ll begin to feel healthier and happier if you fix these habits.
Tip # 3 Natural Remedies
I relieve the pain shower using vinegar, apple cider and I used garlic to treat vaginal discharge. I had regular vinegar apple cider “bathroom” or showers where they are used properly invoked and the raw garlic that insertions and found it particularly effective.
Tip # 4 A healthy and appropriate clothing
Keep clean and dry at all times. Avoid tight clothing and synthetic underwear. Do not use washing gels flavored or scented stick with unscented soap.
The application of these changes will reduce the risk of recurrent yeast infections as it has done for me and for thousands of women there.
